Our preventative maintenance contracts offers scheduled servicing, thereby extending the useful life of our customers’ equipment. The services are normally performed a minimum of two times per year within a contractually agreed time frame; the number of visits can be tailored to meet the precise needs of each clients.
A critical part of this service is the timely and honest assessment of the useful life of each piece of equipment and the subsequent advice or guidance to the customer regarding the best course of action, whether that be repair or replace. Again this guidance is given irrespective of whether or not DCOP is the equipment supplier.
Our IT support contracts are structured to give valuable on-going support and this varies from stand alone PC’s to peer-to-peer networks to server-based networks.
